LOCA is a product made with the 400-year history of Arita-yaki porcelain.  Each piece is finished by hand by skilled craftspersons.

The ceramic filter made of Arita porcelain makes the coffee remarkably mild, and LOCA's unique ceramic technology removes unwanted flavors and brings out the original clear taste and aroma of the coffee.

It has been proven LOCA reduces undesired tastes and bitterness, while maintaining the original flavor, and making the coffee even sweet.

With LOCA, you don't need to use paper or fabric filter.

<How to brew coffee with LOCA>

1 Pour enough hot water in the filter to warm it up.
2 Grind the beans as coarsely as possible.
3 Place the ground beans in LOCA, pour in enough hot water to soak the beans, and let steam for 30 seconds.
4 Pour the remaining hot water in 5-6 parts.

<Care Instructions>

-After use: Rinse the surface of the LOCA with hot water.
-Periodic care: Bake on high heat on the stove and check for white smoke coming out of the filter.   Heat the filter, rotating it until no more smoke comes out, about for 10 minutes. This care prevents clogging of LOCA.
